Delivery Policy

1. Free Delivery

  • Applies only to orders with a product value of Tk 1,000 or more (excluding VAT), after discounts. [Note: Not applicable for discounted products]

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Provided once your order is placed.

  • This time frame starts from the date of shipping, not the date of the order.

3. Delivery Times

  • All delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide only.

  • Delivery times are subject to order acceptance and approval.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • We strive to fulfill your order within 3-7 business days from the order date.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

1. Sale Items

  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on sale items, except in cases of quality defects.

  • Size exchanges on sale items are not available.

2. Return Charges

  • For returned products, a delivery charge of Tk 80 will be deducted for returns within Dhaka and Tk 200 for returns outside Dhaka.

  • Any advance payment will be used to refund the remaining balance. Otherwise, the delivery charge must be promptly paid.

 

 

Payment Policy for Orders

1. Orders

  • A  tk 200 advance payment is required for order confirmation.

  • For orders over Tk 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required.

  • A 50% advance payment is required for all Belwari and Elite Lifestyle products.

2. Advance Payment Adjustment

  • The advance payment will be adjusted against the product price at delivery.

 

 

Business Days

  • Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
